Rite-Solutions is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to add to our People Ops Team in our Middletown, RI office.
The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for developing, organizing, and managing our corporate employee training and development programs. Training and Development Coordinators typically work closely with HR, business unit managers, and key stakeholders to identify training requirements and implement training plans. These training plans address immediate training needs as well as training required for career development within the organization. Duties include identifying training needs; developing curriculum; coordinating with trainers; and evaluating the effectiveness of training to ensure employees acquire necessary skills and meet required training standards and goals.
Key responsibilities:
Work with managers to identify training needs across business units to develop targeted training programs and establish training goals for employees.
Develop and manage training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules, aligned with identified training needs. Responsible for updating the company's Organizational Training Plan (OTP).
Schedule and facilitate training sessions, either in-person or online, coordinating with trainers and subject matter experts (internal and external).
Arrange training venues, manage participant registration, and handle logistical aspects of training programs.
Monitor training completion rates, assess employee knowledge gained through assessments, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Manage the training budget, including costs associated with trainers, materials, labor, travel, and venue rentals; ensure training costs do not exceed allocated funds.
Collaborate with managers and employees to communicate training plans, updates, and feedback corporate-wide to diverse audiences.
